Buyer provides LOI/ICPO through CIS, Seller responds with SPA/FCO

Buyer and Seller sign SPA;

Buyer provides advance payment notice (POF), which can be RWA or other forms. The seller provides MT700/760 format, signed by both parties.

The buyer’s bank will send an advance payment notice (MT799) to the seller’s finance company bank. The seller’s finance company (co-seller) bank shall provide the buyer’s bank with an RWA (Ready, Willing and Capable) confirmation within 7 business days.

The seller provides a partial advance payment notice (PPOP) document, along with a lawyer’s certificate and a notarized letter from a senior attorney at the RAND Court for the buyer’s reference.

After verification of SBLC/DLC/BG MT760/700, the seller’s finance company will pay a 5% performance bond within 5-7 bank business days; other sellers will be subject to a 10% penalty.

The seller arranges for the gold and shipment of the product to the port of loading/buyer’s destination port.

The seller will conduct inspections at the port of loading/destination to obtain copies of SGS/BOL and other documents, at the seller’s expense (the buyer may participate). Following inspection at the port of loading/destination, the seller will issue an MT103 order, valid for one month. The buyer will then take delivery of the goods and proceed with the next month’s order.

Notes:

  1. The seller’s legal team can issue 100% of available letters of credit/designated letters of credit/guarantees at an interest rate of 1%.
  2. Guarantees are provided by HSBC, UBS, Citibank, and other banks, guaranteeing 100% of the client’s funding arrangements. The lawyer’s guarantee can be notarized in court by a senior lawyer.

  1. 买方通过 CIS 提供 LOI/ICPO，卖方回复 SPA/FCO
  2. 买方和卖方签署SPA；
  3. 买方提供预付款通知 (POF)，可以是 RWA 或其他形式。卖方提供 MT700/760 格式，双方签字。
  4. 买方银行将向卖方金融公司银行发送预付款通知 (MT799)。卖方金融公司（共同卖方）银行应在 7 个工作日内向买方银行提供 RWA（准备就绪、愿意并有能力）确认书。
  5. 卖方提供部分预付款通知 (PPOP) 文件以及律师证明函、兰德法院高级律师公证函供买方参考。
  6. 卖方金融公司在SBLC/DLC/BG MT760/700验证后，5-7个银行工作日内支付5%的履约保证金，其他卖方将被处以10%的罚款。
  7. 卖方安排黄金并将产品运输至装货港/买方目的港。
  8. 卖方在装货港/目的港进行检验，以获取SGS/BOL及其他单据副本，费用由卖方承担（买方可参与），并在装货港/目的港检验后，凭单据签发MT103单，有效期为一个月。买家提货，然后继续下个月的订单。

注意事项：

1，卖方律师团队可100%开具备用信用证/指定信用证/担保，利率1%。

2，担保汇丰、UBS，花旗等银行，100%保证客户资金安排，律师担保书可由资深律师在法庭公证。
