CIF Sulfur/EN590 Process Requirements:

The CIF process includes certification and notarization of the COMMITMENT LETTER by the local government energy department, and notarization of the stamped and signed document by the Chinese consulate in the region. Upon receiving the certified and notarized COMMITMENT LETTER, we will immediately arrange DLC/Bank Guarantee/SBLC.

For EN590/other oil FOB, we refuse to pay any form of prepayment.
